For outstanding contributions to libraries and literacy, Dr. Marjorie Glusker, Vice President and Dean, Division of Continuing Education and Community Services at Westchester Community College, will receive the National Library Week Recognition Award today at the Westchester Library System’s 19th Annual Books and Authors Luncheon.
