DO YOU THINK A STUDENT USING A COMPUTER IN THE LIBRARY FOR FACEBOOK,MYSPACE, ETC., SHOULD BE ASKED TO GIVE THEIR COMPUTER TO A STUDENT DOING HOMEWORK OR RESEARCH?

I find it very frustrating when I am trying to get a computer and many students are on myspace and facebook for long periods of time and not considerate to those who need the computer for school work and research.
School work is priority; facebook and myspace is not. So I think that if there is no one waiting to use the computer for school use, then the person should give up the computer and wait for another computer to be free.
That has happened to me so many times. where i need to use the computer to just print something out or finish up on a paper and all of the computers are taken. you look to see what everyone is doing on the computer most are on myspace, facebook, or youtube.
